Devoted person possessing doctorate in Medicine and 3 years of rendering experience in the healthcare system, as well as specific focus on social work practice in order to improve the positive outcomes in.patients. It has tangible outcomes including consultative engagement of patients that has risen by 30%. and have also increased resource linkages by a quarter. As evidenced during the clinic and hospital based field placements that I have done, supported clients with emphasis on those with complications such as hypertension, diabetes, stroke and the like. and those health conditions associated with aging that would need social work further evaluation. During my training, at various clinics across the Dominican Republic has helped me to enhance my advocacy in enhancing the healthcare and bio-psychosocial welfare of disadvantaged communities especially with regard to psychological state and community-based care.

• The thesiss project focused on improving the techniques for diabetic foot washing among intern doctors. It was essential for the community, as diabetic patients often face serious complications from improper foot care. By ensuring that intern doctors adhered to the correct procedures, our goal was to improve patient outcomes, prevent complications, and ultimately contribute to better health and well-being for these individuals. As a result of this thesis, the program was reviewed and updated, leading to revisions in certain subjects to achieve the intended objectives
