In this role, I had the incredible opportunity to drive transformative projects and build product solutions from 0 to 1, that truly made a difference for our clients. One of my standout achievements was leading the product strategy, design and development of a cloud-based digital procurement solution for a Global Agri client which included a suite of 3 apps and web portal with analytical reports. This initiative not only connected farmers directly to businesses but also resulted in a remarkable 10% increase in margins while enabling fairer and transparent pricing for farmers. This led to the breakthrough digital transformation of their supply chain and also bagged an Innovation Leader Impact Award.
Another highlight was creating a configurable product platform that simplified complex pricing rules across various commodities and countries, easy configuration and faster roll out of the solution, leading to significant cost savings of around $1.5 million.
As a Product Owner, I engaged with diverse business stakeholders from multiple countries and tech teams, planned the product roadmap, groomed the product backlog and successfully launched the product across 10 countries with over 400,000 users. Additionally, I delivered an app-based digital warehouse product solution integrated with SAP that streamlined operations across eight international businesses.
I had played multiple roles of a lead business analyst, product owner, project lead or scrum master leading the project deliverables. I have gained hands-on experience in product development, including conducting field research, creating wireframes, and collaborating with clients, UI/UX, and tech teams to deliver innovative solutions
