Responsible for ensuring deadlines are met for ship handover at land level stage on all AOPS projects.
Schedule work by stage of project, following both Bronswerk and ISI milestones, prepping for compartment inspections and planning for systems inspections.
Material requests and organization of parts from warehouse, to accommodate crew of 10-20.
Implement quality control measures on material deliveries to ensure consistent product standards are met.
Optimize workflows with effective communication among team members, ISI management, engineers, sub contractors, and inspectors, resulting in higher quality output.
Ensured a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
Maintain updated knowledge of company policies and ensuring employees are up to date on necessary ISN training.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities, ensuring seamless transitions between tasks without compromising deadlines or quality standards.
Track weekly progress in excel, providing reports to management and engineers.
Attend daily onboard scheduling meeting, weekly planning meetings with engineers, and weekly hold up meeting with both Bronswerk engineers and ISI management.
Identify fabrication mistakes, engineering mistakes, using proper channels to ensure rework forms are submitted with quotes for time and material.
Pull permits at permit office, providing workers with proper paperwork for any and all jobs.
