I am a Stage Manager with nine years of professional experience in Theatre, Dance, and Live Events. As a lover of Theatre, Books, and imagination in all it's forms, I strive to bring my whole heart in to everything I do. I have excellent organization and communication skills, and am always looking for more opportunities to learn and grow. The Lion King is my dream show.
Nearly 10 years of professional experience as a Stage Manager and Assistant Stage Manager with a variety of companies across Canada. Some of those companies include: Mirvish Productions, Soulpepper Theatre Company, Thousand Islands Playhouse, The Charlottetown Festival, Harold Green Jewish Theatre Company, The Foster Festival, and Factory Theatre.
Assistant Stage Manager on Wildwoman Written and Directed by Kat Sandler, as well as two concerts (Sympathy for the Devil and On A Night Like This).
I also had three instances earlier in the year where I was contracted to cover shows as the Stage Manager for two extension weeks with notice, and once where I called a show to cover for someone who was sick, having only seen the show once, and with only a few hours notice.
In total, I have Apprentice Stage Managed and Assistant Stage Managed on 7 different shows at Soulpepper since 2017.
When Covid hit, I was given the opportunity to spend the better part of a year as a Covid Compliance Officer for the TV Show Y:The Last Man. When my boss went on maternity leave, I was promoted to her position as supervisor and ended up running a team of twelve.
In 2019 I had the great privilege of being hired by Mirvish Productions as a last minute addition to the Stage Management Team on the UK Production of Girl From The North Country. I was hired on the show in the morning and was in a tech rehearsal by that afternoon, It was one of the greatest experiences of my career to date
