Reporting to the shareholders of the EVRAZ Group of Companies, responsible for protecting core assets to include personnel, intellectual property, financial holdings, strategic plans and intentions, and goods and infrastructure critical to the firm's competitive advantage, market position, and good reputation.

• Built effective security program across 21 company sites supporting 10,000 personnel and over $3 billion in revenue.
• Conducting complex fraud, theft, and malfeasance investigations resulting in recovery of assets totaling several million dollars, to include from global counterparties.
• Reducing organizational risk by employing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategies, performing risk assessments, and developing policies and procedures in support of business objectives.
• Creation of Vendor Management position to assist CA business unit leaders in dealings with service providers resulting in to-date cost savings of over $1.5 million and expansion of program.
• Development of high-performing contract security teams across 18 facilities to include providing robust training and positive work environments resulting in increased retention rates and morale.
• Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners to include law enforcement and specialist security support organizations.
• Implemented corporate-wide access control and camera systems and overseeing new security technologies and system upgrades in support of facility protection.
• Effectively managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.

• First female officer recruited by service from United Kingdom.
• Undertook patrol constable, detective, operational district sergeant and community liaison officer roles.

• Resigned at rank of Detective Sergeant to emigrate to Canada following sixteen years of exemplary and progressive leading large and small teams to include major events and incidents, homicide investigations, and surveillance operations.
• Received National Police Bravery Award from former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair.
