Receive Calls and chats from the User for different kind of issue, like Internet, TV box and Home phone.
Get the information from the customer for the issue, open the account on system, diagnose and
solve problems.
Besides giving technical support the the Customers also educate the customer for the service
issue why it was not working.
If there is outage in the area give the information for the outage and create a outage ticket for the
customer and give an estimate time to the customers
If issue does not get resolved on the calls on on chats after the troubleshooting steps and
workflow for the individual issue then book service tech for the customer.
