• Managed month-end close process, ensuring accurate financial statements were completed on time for executive review. Oversaw financial operations for wholesale travel retail customers with approximately 80 accounts globally and around 40 retail stores across various regions.
• Prepare annual budget and financial projections and work closely with all functions to ensure accuracy and reasonableness of forecast.
• Supported executive-level decision making through development of clear KPIs, financial metrics and dashboards.
• Supervise team to handle account receivables and account payables functions, ensure compliance of company policy
