The main objective includes looking after the accounting operations of the Gulf entity, comprising of UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar & Oman. Some of my key responsibilities were as follows:

• Providing general ledger support and analysis inclusive of period-end
  financial close responsibilities.
• Cooperating with Business Service Center (BSC) in Prague and India on daily basis, in order to support them in processing of various accounting activities.
• Actively identifying opportunities for streamlining and rendering service delivery more efficiently, and participating in special projects & assessing the financial impacts of complex projects to the entities.
• Reviewing and delivering promptly to the critical reporting requirements from various stakeholders.
  

Working in the Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC), the main objective is looking after the accounting operations of diverse portfolio of business units, comprising of Fashions, Cinema & Healthcare.

The main objective was compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare monthly reports & annual financial statements in compliance with accepted policies and procedures followed with reporting on KPIs & financial ratios with the help of different analysis tools. Directly reported to the Finance Manager on the team’s monthly performance.

The main objective was to be responsible for every aspect of accounting of the group from reviewing the documents, updating the system, monthly reconciliations up to the finalization of accounts.
