I was born having Epileptic seizures and had them until I was 32 when I had neuro-surgery - which COULD have left me paralysed on my left side or brain damaged for the rest of my life.
Thankfully it was a 100% success.
Hence I can empathize with people more easily than someone who has never had a sick day in their life; especially stroke victims or those with an A.B.I.
My parents were 40 when I was born so I grew up with them knowing I was going to be the one looking after them (5 older bothers and only 1 other who showed the caring side) so am quite at home among the older generation
