Salum Abdallah Abdalla is a youth health rights and human rights activist in Zanzibar, Tanzania. Used to work as Executive Director with the Bridge Initiative Organization (BIO). He has strong youth mobilization and policy advocacy skillsets and has been a demonstrated source of information and knowledge within key populations communities in Zanzibar. He would like to see equality between all people regardless of their sexuality or gender, or any other basis of difference.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Board Governance: Works with board in order to fulfill the BIO Vision and mission.
2) Financial Performance and Viability: Develops resources sufficient to ensure the financial health of the BIO.
3) Organization Mission and Strategy: Works with board and staff to ensure that the mission is fulfilled through programs, strategic planning and community outreach.
4) Organization Operations: Oversees and implements appropriate resources to ensure that the operations of the organization are appropriate.
