Salum Abdalla Abdalla

Salum Abdallah Abdalla is a youth health rights and human rights activist in Zanzibar, Tanzania. Used to work as Executive Director with the Bridge Initiative Organization (BIO). He has strong youth mobilization and policy advocacy skillsets and has been a demonstrated source of information and knowledge within key populations communities in Zanzibar. He would like to see equality between all people regardless of their sexuality or gender, or any other basis of difference. Experienced in committee participation with proven ability to lead and collaborate on diverse projects. Strong communication skills facilitate effective collaboration, while problem-solving abilities ensure project success. Successfully negotiated agreements and resolved conflicts, demonstrating leadership capabilities. Contributes innovative ideas that drive progress and improvement.
