• An adolescent sexual and reproductive health project implemented in Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria, and Tanzania aimed at breaking down barriers to access and voluntary use of modern contraceptives by adolescent girls and empowering them with trade skills to take control of their lives
• Provided leadership, coordination and management of the monitoring, evaluation and learning unit of the national program
• Developed and adapted strategic documents, designed research protocols and survey tools, supported scale-up of study sites, conducted performance assessments, data quality assessments, and produced timely reports.

• Developed M&E workplan, Data to Action framework, indicator reference sheets, tools and guidelines
• Provided supportive supervision to state and regional teams, spearheaded data quality assessments, led the development and deployment of electronic data capture systems, produced monthly analytical summaries, collaborated in grant proposal writing, and provided technical advice in protocol development.

• Coordinated and supervised nationwide evaluation, managed administrative tasks, collaborated in grant development, contributed in writing scientific papers, developed and managed study databases, provided technical support and supervision to study research team, and collaborated in designing support group curriculum and SOPs.

• Collaborated in research grant development, supported training of peer mentors, mentored and supported field research assistants and clinic staff, ensured data quality and accuracy, designed and developed data reporting systems, coordinated study review meetings, performed statistical analyses, co-authored published journal articles and conference abstracts, and presented study findings at conferences.

• Analyzed qualitative data for the CEFM life steps project exploring perceptions on girl child education and early marriage.

· Designed protocols evaluating PMTCT Knowledge among 257 Healthcare Workers and 422 Pregnant Women in 41 health facilities in North‐Central Nigeria.

· Coordinated the research team in conducted 142 Key Informant interviews among HIV positive women and health care providers for an NIH request for Application regarding acceptability of lifelong ART ( Option B+).

· Designed surveys, qualitative studies and electronic databases for program evaluation.

· Developed Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Key Informant Interview (KII) guides

· Analyzed qualitative and quantitative data.

· Facilitated, transcribed and analysed Focus Group Discussions and In-depth Interviews.
