Tracked inventory of supplies needed for job completion and placed orders as necessary (on-site inventory was checked daily to ensure a constant supply of needed materials).
Performed regular maintenance checks on all equipment used during restorations and maintained a safe working environment by ensuring safety protocols were followed.
Conducted detailed inspections to identify areas in need of restoration due to fire, smoke, or water damage, prioritizing areas based off of damage severity.
Repaired minor damages to walls, ceilings, floors, fixtures, trim work as needed.
Ensured employer warehouse/storage sites were organized in an easy to understand fashion to allow for rapid location of client belongings.
Sorted salvageable and unsalvageable items that were affected by flood, mold, fire, smoke, etc...
Cleaned carpet, upholstery, and draperies to remove effects of smoke and water damage.
Cleaned and sanitized affected surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques.
Facilitated regular communication between client and employer, providing project status updates to the client in a timely manner.
Mentored new employees with real time on-site training.
