As a Fleet operator for 17 years, I am highly proficient in all vehicle types, and all aspects of Member service.

I onboard and train new hires in all aspects of Member service, including technology use, tow truck operation, standard operating procedures and safety procedures.

I also upskill current employees to other roles within road side service.

I have also filled the role of Acting Supervisor overseeing all aspects of fleet operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and incident investigation.

I offer free Counseling and Ministry teaching to help guide others through life's difficulties using a Biblical perspective.

I use my personal vehicle to pick up food donations from local grocery stores and deliver them to the local Food Bank
