As the Director of the Events Department of CCGC, I successfully led my team to plan and organize the freshman meeting, General Meeting, BBQ festival, film festival, club week, campus tour for freshmen, airport pick-up for freshmen, and vase for more than a year. Island tours and other activities, and received positive feedback and response.

As the director that host every event, what is different from the executive is that I have an extra sense of responsibility. I need to lead my team to complete the planning and execution of an event. In this I did:

• Developed high-performing teams by providing mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Established a culture of continuous improvement by fostering open communication channels and empowering employees to voice their ideas.
• Enhanced team collaboration through regular communication, goal setting, and performance evaluations.
• Successfully managed multiple events simultaneously by prioritizing tasks according to urgency, resource availability, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Set performance expectations for the events team, monitoring progress towards goals and providing constructive feedback as needed.
• Empowered team members by delegating responsibilities according to individual strengths and areas of expertise.

  As the event leader, I successfully organized and planned large-scale events such as freshman meetings, general meetings, and Spring Festival Gala for CCGC. I set clear goals and objectives for each event, promoted execution to achieve goals, and measured and monitored results to track impact.

• Organize various activities related to cultural dissemination, including but not limited to introduction and teaching of Western musical instruments, introduction of Chinese tea culture in the national culture category, visits to major universities and introduction of professional activities, etc.
• Actively establish a friendly relationship with the local education bureau, and promptly communicate with the education bureau for information updates. At the same time, we have also established a friendly relationship with the management of the municipal government to help our Youth Association obtain more resources to provide better learning for students. environment and create better events.
• Coordinate internal and external communication and establish work goals between each department to achieve efficiency and perfection
• Actively promote the cultural concepts and exciting activities of the Youth Association to the outside world, successfully allowing the Youth Association to reach 1,000 students, and the number of participants in each event is more than 100 people.
