- After a successful venipuncture, we are to collect our specimens by scanning and labeling at the patient's bedside
- If there were any patient's complications we'd communicate with our team lead and the patient's nurse to make sure they're aware of the situation, and we'd leave a note under that patient's tab on the rover buds
- We'd make sure the newborn screens tests are 24 hours to perform a heel stick
- Other duties when there is a slow time is to help out on the other floors, in the ED, or to clean the phlebotomy room and restock our carts
