Key Tasks

• Creating and maintaining RFPIs (Requests for Proposals) and RFO's (Requests for Quotation), proposal evaluation criteria, supplier proposals, requisitions, sourcing strategies, monitoring deliveries, invoices, optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and purchase orders through SAP.

• Maintain supply base with supply chain KPI (TS/OS, ISO14001, SEM, KEP6, MMOG). Contributed towards KPIs (Material cost, contract coverage, payment terms) to achieve business goals.
• Led a team of procurement associates in purchasing and inventory management, achieving an on-time delivery rate of 93%. Manage sourcing strategies for 120K in spend to facilitate procurement processes, supplier relationships, and capability development to optimize supply chain.
• Managed the procurement budget and achieved a cost savings of 5% through analysis of spend data and identification of cost-saving opportunities. Negotiated buying terms and delivered 3% productivity, incoterms (FCA/DDP) and 90-day payment terms.
