Hello, my name is Riley Leblanc. I am bilingual and fluent in both english and french, and also understand little spanish. I am an individual with a tremendous amount of communication skills, and am trained in the first responder field to deal with trauma. I am currently a student in pre-service firefighting, learning trauma and how to deal and cope with it in stressful situations. I am also completing a tactical communication and phycology credit. I am also a employee who deals with critical situations everyday, and how to manage myself and others in professional and calm manners.
