I managed the post-sales relationships for ~70 ActZero MDR customers in verticals such as banking, finance, and healthcare; My primary duty was to maintain customer retention by educating end users on best practices for leveraging AZ's MDR platform and services (CrowdStrike, MS Defender, Tenable, AZ's proprietary AI tool Sixth Sense, and 24/7/365 SOC/SIEM) to their fullest extent; This involved meeting with varying stakeholders (from IT Admin to C-Level) at either a monthly or quarterly cadence, and providing a regular-hours point of contact for customer inquires and requests; Secondary duties included aiding the sales team with pre-sales demos and upsells, as well as providing general security advisory services to end customers;

Managed the post-sales relationships for ~30 of iSecurity's SOC/SIEM/MDR customers in the Ontario R-SOC (Hospitals and Hospital infrastructure);

Managed a 24/7/365 security operations centre with a staff of 20 analysts providing SOC/SIEM service to 40 customers in varying industries;
