  • Directly supervise (1) Deputy Site Security Manager and seven (7) Construction Surveillance Technicians for 24/7 physical security operations. Provide daily guidance, mentorship and direction to security team and support security operations.
  • Serve as on-site Subject Matter Expert directly supporting U.S. Army Europe for all site related physical security procedures and functions including personnel security, information security, access control and insider threat screening.   • Screen and review all hardware and material and any data copied to media that enters or leaves the site for information security purposes to prevent unauthorized or negligent disclosures of classified information, and to maintain the integrity of information technology systems within the facility.
  • Produce and maintain Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) documentation; Collect, generate and maintain all artifacts as required by ICD-705 and as directed by the USAREUR G2 SSO and Accrediting Official to support documentation of IT Fit-Out compliance with ICD-705 and the Site Security plan and to maintain facility SCIF accreditation.
  • Serve as the conduit for IT Fit-Out requests to include personnel access and vetting requests, vendor vetting requests, product security validation requests and any other requests required in accordance with established processes as outlined in the Site Security Plan and interact with the USAREUR G2 SSO and AO as required to facilitate resolution and tracking of all requests.
  • Authored and promulgated CIC IT Fit-Out Site Security Plan (SSP) that addresses how ICD 705 compliance and security compliance is governed and provides specific guidance utilized for execution by all project personnel.
  • Developed and promulgated Construction Surveillance Technician Orders and various Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through the interpretation of the ICD-705 Technical Specifications for Construction and Management of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities.
  • Manage the control, transmit, safeguarding and destruction of SCI by authorized means and in accordance with DoD Manual 5105.21 and ICD-705; work with the USAREUR G2 SSO to ensure the proper handling, marking, transportation and destruction of all classified and Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) information.
