• Gathered requirements from stakeholders and their various vendors through engagements, requirements gathering workshops, and analyzing business needs.
• Engaged in the core team to document the user story and acceptance criteria, which include all details to be developed, tested, and validated.
• Performed Gap analysis by identifying existing technology, documenting enhancements to meet end-state requirement.
