Set up and adjust equipment for daily operations

Start-up and shutdown procedures and monitor robotic welding production lines
Assist with maintenance and report by following the preventative maintenance check sheet
Operate previously set up robotic resistance spot welding machines to fabricate sub-assemblies of car body parts
Perform startup of robotic production line including workstation safety check, robot weld tip change, nut welder tip change, filling nut and bolt hopper, red rabbit check on jigs and cleaning sensors mounted on jigs
Reporting start up status and preventive maintenance check sheets as per standard operating procedure
Ensuring proper inventory of child parts before production and during production process
Load jig with child parts to fabricate sub-assemblies of car body parts
Checking initial part for any irregularities and defects to ensure any further maintenance is required in production line
Perform quality inspection on every part after spot welding and MIG welding
Perform routine driver-check, thread and torque checks to ensure the quality of finished parts
Perform manual MIG-Welding to repair defective parts
Troubleshoot minor issues in production line
Assisted in training new associates to run production line.
