* Head of budgeting, projection forecasting, financial

assessment and alcohol ordering. Responsible for completing daily, weekly, and monthly assessments where we would sit down with all head of departments and analyze how we might boost revenue through various marketing campaigns (university campus promotions, social media platforms, street tactics, etc.)

* In charge of running and maintaining the hostel's rooftop party bar six nights out of every week. Responsible for the ordering, stock counting, and sales margins of all alcohol, creation of the cocktail menu and daily drink specials, overseeing and training of new employees, and the general tidiness and maintenance of the bar.

* Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons and guests, while consistently engaging in friendly conversation and banter. Interacting with each customer and multi-tasking to take numerous beverage orders and food orders at the same time. Made recommendations based on the crowd’s desires. Worked hand in hand with multiple musical, party, and corporate organizations to facilitate specially catered events, activity nights, pub crawls, and private functions.

* Coordinated, organized, and facilitated fun and interactive day tours to over three of Malta’s most desirable tourist destinations. Utilizing my historical knowledge, multiple languages, time management, and enthusiastic personality I was able to provide uniquely tailored experiences for every group, guaranteeing that each guest had a completely safe, fun, and once in a lifetime tour that would be talked about for years.
