Not only must he/she be competent in subject matter but also be; Compassionate and results oriented science teacher with varied classroom experience. A learner-centered approach instructor who always engage learners through practical lessons and classroom activities to guide learners in order to achieve instructional goals and impact positively on the academic performance of learners.
