  • Responsible for Income Support Contact Centre (ISCC), Health, and Funeral Benefit Unit (HFBU) financial processing through Pcard and vouchers using SAP/1GX financial modules, which includes verifying and balancing data entry transactions.
  • Viewing accounts payable, My Alberta Emergency Benefits System (MAEBS), and p-card reports for accuracy and reconciliation.
  • Accounts for daily Pcard, and vouchers issued by ISCC Advisors and maintaining appropriate transaction logs and control files on Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Using DIMG workflow management system, reconciles incoming invoices for p-cards and pays invoices for vouchers within specified periods to ensure timely payment to vendors.
  • Responds to high volume of telephone and email inquiries during tax season (February to May) regarding non-receipt of Tax Credit Information T5007 slips, mainly due to change of addresses and tax amendments.
  • Responds to telephone inquiries from vendors pertaining to Pcard and vouchers issued by ISCC Advisors and tax calls from clients.
  • Interpret and assess information on Income and Employment Supports legislation, regulations, and policy for clients and Alberta's by telephone and email.
  • Provide guidance to clients on tax information and vendors on payment information.
  • Provide linkages and referrals to other CSD contact centers, Income and Employment Supports, and GOA programs and services.
