Responds to telephone inquiries from vendors pertaining to Pcard and vouchers issued by ISCC Advisors and tax calls from clients.
Interpret and assess information on Income and Employment Supports legislation, regulations, and policy for clients and Alberta's by telephone and email.
Provide guidance to clients on tax information and vendors on payment information.
Provide linkages and referrals to other CSD contact centers, Income and Employment Supports, and GOA programs and services.
