Accomplishments

  • Documented and created new agreements (contract)and reconciliation trackers for the Calgary region which led to an easy way or keeping track of all the new families coming into the program. The tracker also identifies file assignments.
  • Achieved 100% FMS agreements reconciliations which resulted in funds owed by the program's Funds Administrators for more than 3 years being refunded back to the Government of Alberta.
