Assisted in driving sales as well as helping customers with their wants and needs. During my time in the boutique I learnt many techniques about how to read customers and see exactly what they wanted. Most of the customers I worked with leave the store satisfied, especially since customers do look for someone they can engage with, at my age both older and younger individuals tend to relate and be more comfortable with. I sold both perfumes and clothes at the boutique. During my time in the boutique I organized merchandise and the store. Always kept it neat and tidy, which not only attracts customers but also makes the working place feel more comfortable. I am a great team worker and get along with everyone. Dealt with many customers that went against the boutiques policy and some were very rude, but never lost temper and handled situations as best as possible.

Hosted and organized the event, got vendors to come in, and found sponsors. Organized where each vendor and participants will be, helped people at the even find their way around, and made sure the other volunteers had a chance to get a break and ate. Increased volunteer engagement by developing and implementing creative recruitment strategies.

Experience in workshop and mechanical environment. Proficient in tire replacement, taking car parts apart and putting parts back together, and welding bu utilizing specialized tools and equipments. Skilled in collaborative work, problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
