Working around kids and coaching basketball as a start up for my work experience helped a lot with gaining leadership and giving direction, while working with parents. Gained experience helping run a facility and being able to learn to take on many tasks operationally. Then turning around and having to sell basketball events and selling a service to families that will help their kids to be able to improve.
