Duties at Levitee Clinics, Alberta:
- Leading a team of 25 Employees.

- Oversee the build-up of an effective Clinic team by hiring and training appropriate staff, providing guidance, and coaching to subordinate managers.
-Nurses and Medical Assistants report into Noha for all Nursing issues concerning medical standards of care
-Oversee day to-day Levitee Clinic Operations activities; ensuring adherence of the organization’s daily activities and long-term plans to established policies and legal guidelines
-Perform onsite visits to all Clinics to ensure operations and standards of care maintained at each pharmacy
- Lead Alberta market expansion efforts for Clinics.

- Leading a team of 20 employees.

- Developed process and special procedures for pharmacies Team to handle Mental Health and Addiction patients.

- Facilitated training for Staff to handle Vulnerable population including but not limited to Mental health and Addiction; sexual health ; Hepatitis C & HIV Patients; Indigenous population.
- Co-ordinated events with different organizations and vendors ( as Gilead, Abbvie) for Hep C screening days.
Established work flow structure between Pharmacies and clinics focusing on Telehealth and electronic prescribing ( ePrescribeiT, AdraCare) .
