Hypo in training, meaning that I help manage the floor, maintain all areas of the restaurant, run breaks, and am in position wherever I am needed.
CT (Certified Trainer), I train many new Crew Members and MIT's that come in and I set the standard of our restaurant and ensure that all new trainees are welcomed.
Cross Trained, I work in every station we have going from front counter, drive thru, to the kitchen. I am very comfortable in every one and have speed of service while maintaining quality.
Bird Specialist, This title means that I am the "leader" in the kitchen, i am always trying to lead communication and making sure Crew Members work at a pace to maintain our speed of service and also keeping our stations clean.
