Though I have not played cricket on any professional level but yes it is one of my favorite activity to do during my leisure time. Cricket was with me during my board exams, college exams and life exams.
An activity that I am following for last 18 years will try to continue to do so post pandemic situation. I cannot list it just an hobby but its my stress buster, health purifier and a lens that can be used to see the way of life.
An activity which is not less than MA because it teaches me team work , SWOT analysis (heavy wordsđ) , how to trust and generate affection among ourselves and the team. It taught me that one bad game (situation in life) does not defines the whole world cup(whole life plan).
One more thing cricket taught me is that the life is like a googly ball of Shane Warne, its deceptive , but you have to be like Sachin, who analyses the ball as soon as it starts coming towards you and plan your action according to give the best reply to the situation.
I never felt tired and i cannot explain the joy when i won the match for my team and how i used to enjoy that small wins. The fights between players and the aggression on field in cricket tells me that life is field of emotions and the better you control it, the better are the chances of winning and yes cricket is a gentlemen's(women's) game.
