I primarily working as Cap 1 Associate where i Provide Customer Service by Completing assigned handheld device and modular activities. My role will function as a part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.

My day-to-day role involves:

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customer in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting product/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decision, resolving customer issue and referring concerns wherever appropriate.
• Provided exceptional Customer Service by actively listening to inquiries and offering personalized Solutions.

• I primarily worked in Production and Testing Department where I overlooked the Production of LED Lights and testing and repairing of products used in Railways.
• My Day to Day Role involved:
• Ensured Testing of digital Circuits to guarantee that it is working and continues to work according to specification.
• Tested and defected failures due to manufacturing defects, failure due to ageing, environmental Changes, Power Supply fluctuations, etc.
• Evaluated material options for production for cost, durability, functionality and adherence to specifications.
• Implemented PFMEA (Process failure Mode Effective Analysis) during my day- to- day job activities. participated in a continuous improvement activity to reduce scrap.
• Carried out array of duties including receiving & processing incoming inventory and filling order from Stocks.
• Tested and maintained record of Led Light and their Components.
• Placed Outbound calls to suppliers to follow up on issues.

• In my role as a Quality Engineer my day-to-day activities are.
• Carried out all array of actions to check raw materials used in production, testing of samples provided by the vendors supported in production line and testing of MCB,MCCBs,RCCBs, etc as per production specifications and drawings etc Developed by process Department .
• Performed data analysis to identify root causes of quality issues and developed corrective actions.
• Implemented 8-D Mythology while working on MCB Manufacturing.
• Troubleshooted the MCB, MCCBs,and carried out fault analysis.
• Updated all the documents in ERP system with all the relevant measure done with different instrument like Vernier Calliper, Micrometer, Plug Gauge, Go and No-Go Gauge, Profile Projector etc.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that improve overall product quality.
• Coordinated activities with suppliers, contractors or other departments.
• Clarified Customer issues and determined root cause of problems to resolve product or service complaints.

• Maintained Production Schedules to Ensure all-time high accuracy, quality and timely delivery of PV Solar Cells.
• Implemented lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Implemented Zero Defect policy in manufacturing methods, historical evidence and technological innovations.

• Operated all equipment, all within limitation of the SOPs and consistent with strict adherence to safety, environmental quality and productivity requirements.
• Recorded and analyzed MIS data and SPC Data.
