My role will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions .
My day to day role involves :
•Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issue and referring concerns wherever appropriate.

•Working merchandise Caping bins and completing picks to support the customer Availability process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
I primarily worked in Production & Testing department where I overlooked the production of LED Lights & Testing and repairing of products used in Railways.
My day-to-day role involved:
• Ensured testing of digital circuits to guarantee that it is working and continues to work according to specifications.
• Tested and detected failures due to manufacturing defects, failure due to ageing, environmental changes, power supply fluctuations, etc.
• Implemented PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effective Analysis) during my day-to-day job activities
• Used programming codes and software’s to make electronic PCB work.
