I originally was hired at HUB to take over an individual book of business (from the Elevate Insurance acquisition) and upon the Merge of IBU Regionalized team, I combined with the IBU team as a Retention Broker. Managed the renewal aspect of a diverse book of business. Ensuring details, operations and terms were all reviewed and renewal orders received and coverages bound in a timely manner. . Assisted in any other aspect of IBU as required to best meet client needs and assist my coworkers to ensure they could succeed. In this role I was also the “go to” person for questions, procedures and for advice on the best way to tackle an issue or handle a client.
In May 2023 I was asked to move to the large Business Unit as a Commercial Account Manager. This moved filled a void for the LBU team and has provided a learning experience for my personal growth. As an LBU account manager I get to assist the Exec in day to day tasks and ensure his client's needs are met. This could be anything from pinks, certs or processing renewals, checking documents for accuracy and handling incoming day to day calls.
