The job involved clearing and cleaning tables after visitors left the high-end Spa/Hotel restaurant. The position also consisted of standing at the restaurant entrance greeting the guests, finding free tables, and guiding them to the tables. The job also required collecting trash, wiping up spills, and removing trays to maintain fresh and clean customer areas.

The job has taught me the following:

The job involved mixing, baking and packing the baked products made in the bakery to be sold outside the Spa/Hotel, unlike most baker assistant roles that involved staying at the front of the shop and greeting customers.

Assisted up to 130 customers per day with helpful attitude and positive approach

This job taught me the following:

• To maintain clean, organized kitchen to maximize efficiency and food safety.
• To operate commercial kitchen equipment and tools.
• To store, label and replenish supplies in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Follow production chart to keep fresh products available daily.
