Recognized as a subject matter expert for ADA compliance, AHA adherence during concrete, asphalt surface repair, stormwater drainage projects. Managed the safety qualifications for 4 crews of 12 Journeyman level Tradesmen each. Planned and supervised over 300 construction projects safely for various city departments.
