- Assist in leading the team operating the attractions at the Golden Skybridge. (The Attraction Team is responsible for the Sky Zipline, Challenge Course, Giant Canyon Swing, Mountain Coaster, Climbing Tower, Axe Throwing, ticket validation, trail monitoring, interpretative programing and guiding.)
- Delegate daily duties to team members and scheduling meal break times.
- Have advanced knowledge of the attractions to be capable of leading, directing, and managing peers.
- Am the first point of contact to initiate emergency response and rescue procedures.
- Responsible for documenting equipment and infrastructure inspections and initiating work orders to address deficiencies.
- Foster a positive and encouraging team environment between staff members and motivate the Adventure Guide team to deliver exceptional guest experience, follow all safety protocols, and maintain a professional image.
- In charge of daily opening and closing procedures for the attractions.
- Conducting inspections of infrastructure and equipment.
- Ensuring all guests meet our access and waiver requirements.
