· Worked on many units, most of the time on the rehabilitation unit maintained a load of 6- 8 patients daily. Always complete care and continuous health assessments and updated charting throughout the day. I am excellent at critical thinking and ability to adapt and change direction of care fluidity while maintaining calm education for patients and family during these times.

· Small rural hospitals used any beds in any unit for acute care patients which allowed me to use my entire scope openly and learn many skills other hospitals didn’t provide in my area.

· Created care plans and realistic timeline goals for each patient, able to communicate those goals with healthcare team and family within importune meetings

· Completing all charting, documentation, and reporting off, acknowledgement of doctor's orders and follow through with care in a timely manner.

· Contributed to a positive work environment by actively participating in team meetings and offering support to colleagues as needed. I am a team player and holistic care of the forefront each day for patient well-being and safety.
