Directed a team of 50 to effectively complete projects on time and within budget. Efficiently coordinated equipment, logistics, labour and vendors while ensuring compliance and health and safety. Established and maintained trusting relationships with members of First Nations communities.
  • Key Projects:
  • 160km Road from Inuvik to Tuktoyaktuk – Grueben’s Transport ($10M): Facilitated operations and coordinated equipment and staff to build an all-weather road for the client. Clearly communicated with contractors, suppliers and vendors to efficiently organize and coordinate resources without delays; and negotiated competitive prices on supplies to remain within budget.
  • Fibre Optics Line – Ledcor ($15M): Managed a project to install a fibre optics line to stretch 250km; improving their communications as they moved their camp from Inuvik to Norman Wells. Accurately conducted administrative duties such as time sheets, payroll and other documentation for logistics, parts procurement, and labour. Implemented creative methods to meet project deadlines while ensuring specifications aligned with clients’ needs.
