Project 1 Upgrading the application and managing configuration conflicts

• Understanding the errors and defining the export and import scripts accordingly.
• Collaborating between development team and PS for security patches and custom application integration.
• Testing the upgrade process in a lower environment to ensure architectural failure and managing the configuration files for any discrepancies.
• Handling the Oracle database schema permission issues and setting up the network security and recommended ports for smooth operation.
• Completing the upgrade and performing the post upgrade tasks like training the end user and creating the KB articles for future reference.
• Being accountable for ensuring the completeness (fitness-for-purpose) of the architecture by adequately addressing all the pertinent concerns of its stakeholders and reconciling the conflicting concerns of different stakeholders, leading to a sign-off the architectural design as fit for purpose.

Project 2 - Supporting the report execution issues

• Checking and managing the certificates and SSL configuration.
• Handling intermittent report execution failure and scheduled job issues by checking application logs and reproduction of issue and being responsible for developing end-to-end user-focused solutions that interact effectively with one another to provide scalable, reliable, and resilient functionality to the end-users.
• Troubleshooting REST API errors or implementing the API based report solutions.

Project 3 - Providing guidance and risk-based governance to support solution implementation including managing requests for changes and deviations from specifications.

• Creating and managing kanbans for different features, roadmaps and security mitigation Jira.
• Working to file the feature request and backlog features for the quarterly release.
• Understanding various application compatibilities and robustly testing the product.
• Updating the documentation list by constantly creating the KB articles.
• Providing mentorship and technical guidance to other team members.

Project 1- Migrating the banking client's on-premise environment to cloud

• Defining the requirements and generating the BOQ for resource costing and suggested infrastructure using Azure BOQ.
• Understanding the current architecture including users, group policies, databases, network setup, security settings and applications.
• Mapping then resources in Azure environment including Azure vms, Resource groups, gateway, Azure SQL, Azure blob storage.

Project 2 - End to end Intune and M365 setup

• Checking pre-requisites, licensing, DNS Configuration.
• Verify domain ownership in M365 admin center and assign user roles. Configure security settings such as multi-factor authentication, data loss prevention, and threat protection.
• Setting up device enrollment, including configuring settings for iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS devices.
• Creating and configuring device profiles and app protection policies to deploy apps to managed devices using Intune.
• Setting up conditional access policies, defining compliance policies, configuring remote wipe and lock capabilities for managed devices.

Project 3 - Implementing architectural solutions for compatibility failure in Azure environment

• Migrating Oracle RAC cluster to Azure where Oracle RAC is not supported- suggested this using FlashGrid that saved time and money for the client.
• 25TB data migration from on-prem Data Lake &SQL DB to Azure Data Factory- suggested using Azure Data Box offline transfer that saved huge costs and security risk to this govt military organization.
• Users in multi-regional space - suggested customized my computer icon using command line to integrate with map network driver for faster access of the data. In this way remote employees could access the data faster than before.

• Worked on creating new M365 domain accounts, Mailboxes, Security Groups, Dynamic and Distribution Groups
• Using C4 model to architect solutions for the M365clients.
• Handling Hybrid, Cutover, IMAP or G-suite to M365 migration.
• Have complete insight of customization of SharePoint site using SharePoint Designer
• Working on IaaS and PaaS and enhanced system performance by identifying and resolving technical issues through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Maintained authoritative knowledge through continued education and ongoing training.
• Have hands-on in adding multiple domains to Office 365 and use it with SharePoint websites.
