I worked as a volunteer greeter in a high-end furniture store in the NW area and welcomed random shoppers with cheerful smiles and greetings.

The company manages some websites, especially for online job hunting. I experienced some roles like sales assistant, customer support, website planner, and project manager. Even when I didn't communicate face-to-face with customers like when I was a website planner, I always thought about the end-line customer. For example, what if I change this button? Would it be more convenient for our users?

This attitude will help me a lot to provide good service to customers if I get a job in the hospitality industry.

I was an assistant cook and dishwasher, and sometimes a busser. It was a very popular and busy location, then I had to deal with my tasks quickly and also accurately. I paid attention to looking around all the time even when it was crazy busy, and when I thought someone needed help, I tried to go to tables and help servers as a busser.

At Tokyo Haneda International Airport, I helped and took care of people who needed special assistance like pregnant, injured passengers, kids, etc. And also, I experience d a concierge position, like answering questions from customers, and talking to someone who looked like being in trouble. I received some letters/emails with good reputations from passengers I helped.

I worked as a cashier and a stocker in a very fast-paced work environment drugstore.
