Mike Lysyshyn

Oversee projects for commercial and residential excavation including interpretation of engineered drawings and design. On these projects I am responsible for our team's safety, planning and assisting in the execution of the jobs, coordinating tasks with our client's contractors and personnel on each project to complete our jobs safely and efficiently.

In addition to oversight I have continued to operate various types of equipment on each job including skid steers, tractor trailer units, compaction equipment, loader, excavators, dozer etc.

Owned and Operated Exceed Asphalt for 4.5 years where I ran all aspects of the business including; sales, bookkeeping, interpretation of engineered drawings and design, planning and executing jobs, leading a team and working with others teams to accomplish our jobs safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Assisted in excavation and base preparation work of roads, parking lots, and large building foundations.

Operated skid steer, rock truck, rollers, loader, bulldozer, and tandem trucks.

Assisted on patching and paving crews with raking, compaction, and base preparation work.
