Completed plumbing, heating, and ventilation installation on new residential RCMP builds in Fort Simpson, NWT, and commercial fuel tank system replacement for the government of Nunavut, under the supervision of Stantec Engineering in Pond Inlet, Nunavut. I played a key role in the mechanical installation of four new air terminal buildings in Nunavut.-0

Accepted a three month contract to assist the Pangnirtung Housing Assoc with a backlog of plumbing and heating maintenance and to help the local crew with daily challenges as required. I agreed to stay beyond contract end date, but eventually accepted an offer from another firm.

Successfully completed several Plumbing & Heating projects in various remote locations in the N.W.T. Specifically, new forced air and hydronic heating equipment installations (Forced air units, hydronic units complete with fuel systems, venting-chimneys, piping, controls and basic components required to provide fully operational systems.) After leaving home base in Inuvik, I was solely responsible for on the ground logistics and project completion.

Successfully completed several Plumbing and Heating projects in various remote locations in the N.W.T. Specifically, new forced air and hydronic heating equipment installations (Forced air units, hydronic units complete with fuel systems, venting-chimneys, piping, controls and basic components required to provide fully operational systems.) In addition, I was involved with the project estimating and was solely responsible for project success on the technical and project management level.

Successfully completed various Plumbing, Heating & Ventilation projects in several Nunavut communities as a qualified and competent contractor. Generally, my company was hired by general contractors that were completing projects for the Government of Nunavut or the Nunavut Housing Corporation. However, my company completed some projects for both entity's as well. In this capacity I was solely responsible for every aspect from tendering through to project closeout submittals.

Worked independently and with others, as a tradesman, as required in order to replace natural gas fired heating equipment with oil fired heating equipment complete with all associated components, throughout the town of Norman Wells.

Successfully completed various Plumbing projects in St. Johns and surrounding areas.

Initially completed several Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation projects from tendering to closeout while on the tools. Successfully completed many projects in several Nunavut communities thereafter, running my business and overseeing a crew of thirteen tradespeople.

Completed several minor plumbing and heating projects, preventative maintenance and daily inspections on all Government of Nunavut buildings located in Iqaluit. Performed emergency service daily and on a 24 hr basis as required by employer.

Successfully worked with lead hand to install Plumbing and Hydronic Heating systems on three multi-plex residential buildings for a total of 66 units (two 29 unit buildings and one 8 unit)

Initially completed several projects as a tradesman on the tools, from tender to closeout and grew to a crew of 34, doing the same, off the tools as a business owner. completed several residential and commercial projects in many Nunavut communities. Eventually failing and bankrupting.

In this role, emergency service and preventative maintenance were my main tasks. Which included all Government of Nunavut buildings located in Iqaluit. After five months in this position I enjoyed the challenge of overseeing two co-workers and daily tasks while owners and management left the province for summer holidays

Completed apprenticeship program while working in every aspect of installation and service involved with the Oil Heat profession.

Worked as a labourer and was involved with the sod farming process from planting kentucky blue grass seed to loading final product for delivery to customer. I was employed as a summer student with occasional evening and weekend shifts as required from 1988 until high school completion in 1992 - full time, including equipment maintenance and off season preparation thereafter.
