  • Managing the construction of the 800M Châteauguay converter stations project. Which it is one of the largest back-to-back HVDC converter stations in North America and enables power exchanges between Hydro-Québec and NYPA.
  • Responsible of all the civil and building work of the station.
  • Developed strong relationships with clients by maintaining open lines of communication and providing regular updates on project status.
  • Improved project completion rates by implementing efficient scheduling and resource allocation strategies.
  • Responsible of weekly presenting the 3WL schedule to stakeholders & monthly updating the P6 baseline schedule with the site planner and highlighting the risk and critical path to follow to ensure the successful achieving of the milestones.
