With over 35 years in the construction industry, I have developed the skills and assets that would make me an ideal fit for this role at Scott as, Project Manager . I have completed hundreds of projects in both the residential and commercial sectors, including commercial and residential Multi unit, mixed use as well as Commercial renovations and TIs in the roles of Contractor, Sub Contractor, Site Superintendent as well as Project Manager. I have a long history in the Residential Custom Home and Renovation Sector also .For the last 12 yrs my focus has been predominately in Project Management. I have gained skills using the latest technologies to enhance the the project management process to facilitate cost and risk management , project scheduling, trade and vendor management , contract and budget preparation . My many years managing and building projects has given me a keen ability to communicate with consultants , trades, clients and suppliers in a concise clear manner. This increases good working relationships and project productivity.
