  • Scheduled 155 employees weekly in 3 production lines in day/night shifts per a union contract agreement. Developed guidelines and Excel tools that cut down scheduling time by half
  • Planned the tasks to start a beef line and a 4th simultaneous production line, while successfully decreasing the labor requirements by 5% to 9% in the other lines
  • Developed SOPs for the packaging department, standardizing settings of 25+ equipment pieces
  • Rotated between blending, cooking, and packaging departments to conduct daily supervision activities, working closely with Union, Maintenance, QC, Shipping, and Planning departments.
