Adelle L. McIntyre

Reserve Mines,NS

Summary

My education includes: a BACS Degree with a concentration in Psychology, Training in Family Mediation, Family Violence Intervention Training, Crisis Prevention Training (CPI), CPR and LTI (Learning through Inter-dependence). I have five years’ experience as a contract worker for CAS where I served as a Mentor, Access Facilitator, and a Parent Aid. For the Past 25+ years I have been working for Resi-Care Cape Breton Association in a group home setting with clients who have a range of developmental disabilities. I am experienced in adapting in diverse situations, managing client care in an organized setting, making responsible decisions while adhering to policies and procedures, and managing in house budgeting. On a regular basis I liaise with other community-based agencies and healthcare professionals to meet client needs.

I truly believe I would be an excellent addition to the team of workers at Arden, please contact me with any questions. I would be more than happy to meet for an interview.
