  • Prepares bills of lading, customer invoices and other shipping documents.
  • As directed oversee loading and unloading of parts an accessories from trucks. Inspect and verify incoming parts and accessories against invoices.
  • Record shortages and reject damaged parts & accessories ensuring appropriate documentation is performed.
  • Effectively use the resources, such as the company data base and the parts catalogues to accurately reflect the needs of the customers and assure accuracy.
  • Notify customers of receipt of special orders by phone or email. If not picked up within 7 business days, follow up with customers. If not picked up within 7 more business days notify Parts Manager.
  • Co-ordinate packing of special orders to customers.
  • Assist in handling telephone inquiries and over-t the-counter customers when required.
