My role as an outdoor sales representative was to inquire homeowners, whether existing Telus customers or not, of their experiences in internet, TV, and mobile services. The goal was to resolve any concerns in this regard to record and send data Telus.

Skills needed were strong verbal proficiency and command of the English language, attention to detail and the willingness to solve problems in a dynamic environment, skills that I think will help in a world of evolving technology.

• My duty at all Paladin Security Ltd locations was to provide optimal protection of property and individuals against theft, vandalism and general violence, administering aid, removing problem individuals and reacting quickly to notify all proper authorities
• This position demanded calm, analytical thought, yet quick and decisive action, vigilance and a people-orientated mindset
• Collaboration and communication was vital in responding to all potential risks or hazards.
• Greeted those with concerns or issues professionally and courteously to cultivate a problem-solving, can-do attitude in myself and my team members.

• My roles are generally to assist in any way, the contractors on site. In the last three years, I have learned the value of teamwork and communication in achieving a common goal, in work ethic and mental resilience, in safety, and in focus. Skills that I believe are relevant in any industry one wishes to break into.
• Days were typically long and demanding of not only physical strength, but concentration, precision and the mental fortitude to endure long periods of exertion.
