Strategic design of the AHS - Microsoft OneDrive project. Developed automated systems, executing the data migrations to Microsoft 365 for 155,000 clinical and corporate staff. Successfully completed OneDrive migrations in 12 months with no funding, ensuring impacts were mitigated and patient care unaffected.

• Established key performance indicators for measuring program success, leading to improved overall performance.

• Oversee client facing technical support across 300+ sites including all major acute care facilities within Southern Alberta.
• Directly supervised a unionized workforce of 50 technical analysts with CSAT of 92%.

• Analyst within the Clinical Technology and Services team, assessed and optimized technology at 75+ inpatient and outpatient facilities across Alberta.
• Primary liaison between clinicians and IT. Relationship management and communications focused role.
